CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY


SmartClub is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1 – 3 working days depending on Australia Post delivery times, in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.


REFUND POLICY


Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for any tickets purchased through SmartClub. Registered post is the preferred postage option as SmartClub will not exchange or refund purchases should a problem occur during postage or delivery. SmartClub takes no responsibility for tickets that expire before they are used; it is the sole duty for the individual to enquire about expiry dates as well as ticket terms and conditions.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY


SmartClub deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are chosen by the individual purchasing the tickets or products. SmartClub takes no responsibility for lost tickets during the postage and delivery process. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and shipping times are estimated between 1 – 3 business days depending on Australia Post-delivery time. SmartClub ships goods Australia wide.
